Music brings tears to my eyes.

STERLING FORRESTER began performing at age eight, composing at 14, studied music in Brazil at 20, became a professional recording engineer at 24, released his first album at 28, and was the Musical Director/Conductor for the Utah Chamber Orchestra at 31. Sterling received a degree in Advertising/Journalism from the University of Nevada at Reno and was Managing Editor for Screen Magazine and other magazines in Chicago. He founded Ut-Ad News magazine in Salt Lake City.

At 40, Sterling returned to music as a producer, arranger and recording engineer for Platinum Boulevard Records. Concurrently for his advertising agency, Decent Exposure, he was also a commercial film director and radio voice-over talent. He moved to Nashville in 1994.

His catalog of over 500 compositions includes music for Rock/Pop, Jazz, Country, Classical, Film Scores, Children and TV/Radio Commercials.

He currently runs his recording and publishing house on five wooded acres near Nashville, Tennessee, where besides composing, he likes to dabble in short stories and poetry. He is very proud of his daughter, Geneva, who is a school teacher and an actor in a theatrical company in Divonne les Bains, France.
